It's obtainable at the Gold Saucer, I saw "mother" and thought it's something related to Sephiroth, and "protein shake" sort of makes me think it's a metaphor for strength.

You nailed that one's like one... was about chocobos
as is rainbow history all from the mother
you start with some normal chocobos and breed them, mixing different colors and feeding them nuts(protein) and racing them around and around the golden saucer until eventually you create a gold which you use to get to the "round island" where you get "knights of the round"

You'll find me there through the fire and flames
The first two lines make me think of an enemy skill obtained by manipulating an enemy... however I can't really think of any enemy skill (or enemy) that fits the last two lines. On the other hand, the fire and flames make me think of the infamous Nibelheim Fire Cutscene - in that case it would be Sephiroth who could be obtained via Cheat Codes ("a measure of control").
