A reference to the bell. You would hear it jingling when it was close.
Join it for a stroll, no need to rest
It gives you an edge when you next have a brawl
Both of these lines refer to the fact that it increases your HP as you walk
To keep it close by would be your best call
Obvious. having it equipped would help! Also, 'Best Call' is an anagram of Cat's Bell.

This whiffs profusely of Gold Saucer. Wide open space could refer to the fact that it's a floating complex in the sky. The Boss and his bling I think refers to Dio and the Keystone?

Bling sounds like either jewelry or gold, likely gold as in gil. .... Don't know who though.....
