the answer has to be the Dragon Force enemy skill you get from Dragons in the northern cave

The first two lines were a clear hint towards an enemy skill.
Dark Dragon and Dragon Force obviously share the same name... which is what the third line was referring to.
Finally, yes... Dragon Force 'Through the Fire and Flames' might have been a bit obvious!
