I saw this thread the other day, then today when me and my friend did our usual ritual of renting out really crap looking movies and watching them, I saw this and rented it.
That ball crushing then blood squirting and clit snipping...oh man that was bad. I didn't find the Human Centipede gross or disturbing at all but this was just horrible.

Also, it was a terrible, boring film.
