Based on those sores on his face, I'm gonna guess that "bath salts" is a hip new street term for meth.
No, it's exactly what it implies. Bath salts that you snort I believe.

You don't see that everyday. The headline works, it certainly grabs your attention.
I've been hearing about those "bath salts" recently. They're getting pretty popular, but with the kind of people for whom bathing generally isn't a priority. Kind of like when people discovered the recreational uses for CD cleaners that contained BZP.
