My half 7 alarm went off this morning, like it does every morning. I got out of bed at half 11. My bed isn't even comfortable why can't I just get up.

Because of the random nature of the shifts I get for work, I wake up anywhere between 6:00 and 11:00 am. Even if I've only got late afternoon or overnight shifts, my natural wakeup time will be no later than 11. Otherwise, I feel like I've wasted the day.
