I don't get up at regular times because I don't have a regular schedule. Any attempt to wake up early is destroyed because of you s and your wacky timezones so I stay up late and then get up late. Emma is also to blame because she refuses to sleep before like smurfing 11pm and won't get out of bed before midday.
