It changes rather dramatically over time. How much time before said dramatic change? Could be minutes, could be days, could be months! I would say I average somewhere around 6-7.

EDIT: I wouldn't personally label myself as a man so much as a guy. I do however act very much like a guy would when it comes to day-to-day things, although I don't consider that to be a macho thing. I think macho is more about doing it to excessive levels, and I'm not very good at being like that. xD
