Microsoft offered me nothing unexpected or spectacular. Of course, I already suspected they would come in 3rd this E3. Halo remake and Halo 4 are meh... but I guess if you're a 360 owner, it's one of those big franchises you probably bought it for.

There isn't just one Halo game coming, theres more. First up in November this year we have the Halo CE Anniversary edition which basically means take Halo Reach mechanics and graphics, re-master the original Halo Combat Evolved to run with it, from what they showed assassinations are definitely in but I don't know about armour abilities. Re-mastering the game like that could work in the armour abilities very nicely, especially considering the way Reach ran so well. Then at the very end before the Halo 4 trailer ran they confirmed Halo 4 is the first part of a new trilogy of Halo games on the Xbox 360. Halo 4 hits the shelves "holiday" 2012. I guess by holiday they mean Christmas but they could also refer to Thanksgiving or even just the time of year when Bill Gates decides he's a little bored of California and goes to the Bahamas.Originally Posted by Depression Moon

Also, Microsoft was embarrassing last year as I expect them to be this year. They haven't beat the trainwreck of a press conference that was Sony 2006 (will anything ever?) but I have faith they will come closer with time.
