Soulwax in their 2 Many DJs guise are the masters at this I think - As Heard On Radio Soulwax Part 2 is essential listening, especially their Stooges/Salt n' Pepa mashup. Girl Talk is pretty good (and great in places) but maybe overdoes the 'I'm going to mashup a rock song and a rap song' gambit.
