Not really where I'd like to be in terms of strength work from dealing with a few injuries over the last few months. I'm currently trying to cut some weight and improve my conditioning while still building up in weight on my strength lifts again and trying to strengthen my injury prone shoulder so I don't hurt it again.

I did get some impressive personal records during the Crossfit games open though. Ironically, some of those are what basically caused me to hurt my shoulder again, but still good to know that I'm stronger in some aspects and still as fast as ever despite being about 20-25 lbs. heavier than I was a year ago.
