Gotta love Hiei.
He was a shorter version of Vegeta from DBZ.

It's been so long since I've watched this I don't remember
Y'all guys should've been on Youtube when all the seasons were up on there. Samurai Champloo was up there too with every episode.
You know what never made sense to me?
Post-Dark Tourney spoilers
(SPOILER)It never made sense that Botan didn't actually know that Elder Toguro didn't die. I mean, if she is the grim reaper, wouldn't she have had to ferry him through spirit world as well? And if she did know he was alive, why would she not say something about it? Currently I'm only on episode 71, so no spoilers please, but I think that's a big plot hole.
(SPOILER)I didn't know she ferried demons too...
Jack: How do you know?
Will: It's more of a feeling really.
Jack: Well, that's not scientific. Feeling isn't knowing. Feeling is believing. If you believe it, you can't know because there's no knowing what you believe. Then again, no one should believe what they know either. Once you know anything that anything becomes unbelievable if only by virtue of the fact you now... know it. You know?
Will: No.
If Demolition Man were remade today
Huxley: What's wrong? You broke contact.
Spartan: Contact? I didn't even touch you.
Huxley: Don't you want to make love?
Spartan: Is that what you call this? Why don't we just do it the old-fashioned way?
Huxley: NO!
Spartan: Whoa! Okay, calm down.
Huxley: Don't tell me to calm down!
Spartan: What's gotten into you? 'Cause it sure as hell wasn't me.
Huxley: Physical relations in the way of intercourse are no longer acceptable John Spartan.
Spartan: What? Why the hell not?
Huxley: It's the law, John. And for your information, the very idea that you suggested it makes me feel personally violated.
Spartan: Wait a minute... violated? Huxley what the hell are you accusing me of here?
Huxley: You need to leave, John.
Spartan: But Huxley.
Huxley: Get out!
Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.
By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.
(SPOILER)Well, Younger Toguro went through Spirit World when he died, so I'm assuming all demons would just as humans do. I'm just saying, though, wouldn't one of the most dangerous demons to enter the human world be on a priority list or something to at least look for?
Also, spoilers for episodes about 75-80:
(SPOILER)I found another reason why Kurama is awesome. I think that when he took Gourmet's head off and trapped Elder Toguro in the Sinning Tree, he became my favorite Anime character ever.
I always questioned how the grim reaper can't do trout when she's in trouble.
True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
I gotta go with Kurama. He doesn't go into a fight headstrong; he waits for his opponent to reveal his fighting style, then he plans accordingly.
I also like Kuwabara, most likely because despite being the weakest member of the team, he doesn't let it sour his character. Sort of like Yamcha from Dragonball, except Kuwabara won in a fight at least once a Saga.
Returners Represent!
What I never understood was that Yusuke, Kuwabara, and Karama were all in middle school. They look nothing around that age. I just pretend like they're in high school.
I just came back from half a week at the lake, and finished the last 3 episodes. I have to say, I absolutely loved the ending, and it's my 2nd favorite Anime I've watched so far, and there have been many in my life. Only .Hack//Roots was better, and that's only because Haseo and Sakisaka were both almost as cool as Kurama - only, there were two of them.
