When your chest is the veritable forest that mine is then you can say you have some body hair. In the meantime, I'd say a lumberjack's daughter would have more than I see in those pictures.
But kudos on the thick head of hair. In an emergency survival situation you could probably shave your head and weave that stuff into a nice pair of socks.
