A couple weeks ago I had some metal stuck in my arm from an rpg blowing up too close to me and it's not healed yet even though they pulled the metal out that day. Bollocks.

My employment contract ends on Thursday. When I emailed my boss and asked if I'd be staying on after that, coming back in the fall, or getting the boot I was told he was out of the office and would be talking to me about it this week. It's now Tuesday morning with not a word. Nothing like leaving word on my continued ability to feed and shelter myself until the last possible minute.
