    sleeping too long
    caffeine withdrawl
    not exercising enough
    anxiety/depression
    sleep apnea
    intense computer screen usage before bed (try something like f.lux to change your computer screen color at night)
    not enough masturbation/sex before bedtime
    iron deficiency

    I actually slept well last night

    I think it could be stress, I have a lot going on and also some conflicting feelings about some stuff that I feel guilty about.

    I have been trying to eat better and exersize so hopefully that helps

    Good diet and exercise is the best way to go.

    Also, either get a new hobby and revive and old one. It's a great way to relieve stress and give you something to work towards without getting stress.
