As of this moment, the Lionhearts are no more. The nature of that is entirely up to each and every one of you, but I get ahead of myself.

I am, at present, unstoppable. There's always a scene in a movie or a video game where the bad guy (although I hasten to add that I am no villain; I am the most neutral of neutrals) slaughters a lot of people. This is to show what a formidable power this entity has. To make them a threat. Something to be feared. It is unfortunate for you that you are the ones who I will prove my deadliness upon. It's not fair on all of you, though, to have your brief lives ended so soon and so I will present you with a choice.

You may attempt to fight, if you desire. If you feel this "FFVIII Lionheart" gang is something worth dying for, I am entirely content to oblige you. There will be no escape or victory. But, if you would wish for life, if you would wish further participation, there is another option available to you.

Walk away. Renounce your membership, drop your flags. I have no desire to cause further bloodshed than is necessary to achieve my goals. You will be spared. You may yet be of some use to my grand design, if I deem you talented enough.

You may each choose individually what you would like to do. If you do not post, I will assume you chose death.

The Shark Dogg knew there was no sense in fighting this pointless war. The gang was over, he knew that. Perhaps he could find a new home elsewhere.

Jessweeee♪ was known throughout the city from her time in the Mafia as having a furious temper. As the other Lionhearts made their choices, she was nowhere to be found.

"Surrender or die, Jessweeee♪" The Snake called out again. "It matters not to me which". A banshee's scream broke the silence. Jessweeee♪ came out of nowhere, wielding a length of steel pipe. The Snake snaw it too late, and with another piercing shriek she swung it forcefully into the side of his head with a dull thunk, sending him to the ground. His gun went flying in the opposite direction.

She was upon him in a flash, swinging away with her pipe, again and again.

"DIE!"

The Snake caught the pipe with his left hand. "I was hoping you'd say that" he said coolly, and with his right hand he pulled a knife from his boot and stabbed upwards. Jessweeee♪ tried to let out a final roar of anger, but could only make a disquieting gurgling sound as the blade protuded from her throat.

Only Shorty and Goldenboko are left, and from Rantz's post it looks like Goldenboko may have decided long before this day. As it happens my aim is very good at this stage in the story, in fact, it is perfect. It is only when I encounter the protagonists that I will suddenly become a Stormtrooper and my shots embarassingly miss their mark.
