Outside of the collapsing house, and maybe Daryl's Grave I don't believe there are any one shot dungeons in the WoR.
The Aquila's are not terribly tough, at least compared to the Brachiosaur. If you can handle the Tyrannosaurs or Hoovers, then the Aquila shouldn't pose much of an issue.
