In the great Italian tradition, all pasta is a vector for cheese and tomato sauce. Ravioli is the distilled essence of this.

I love pasta. All pasta, I hold no pasta prejudices. Whenever I'm hungry the first thought that comes to my head is pasta, and I never get bored of it. When I head to Rome in August I intend to taste every combination of sauce and shape available, and it will be grand.

Yeah, all but a few of my relatives are from Italy, so pasta is a staple for me.

And you're all wrong, Gnocchi > All

Tortellini is a close second.

Either way, you put sauce on it and at Christmas it's served during the pasta course, so I don't even care!
