Tortellini is #1, but ravioli is on the top shelf next to it.

I'm American so I'm just gonna take all your stuff, fuse it with Japanese food and call it fancy.
Signature by rubah. I think.
I've never even heard of most of these before. Maybe because I'm not Italian.

I'm not bothered to type Italiano names for these things, I'm lazy. I don't eat the shells anymore. One of the side effects of my jaw getting smurfed up years ago is I haven't any sensation in my front teeth on my upper jaw. I can't tell hot or cold with them. So I've learnt from experience pasta shells and any other shape pasta where boiling water can pool inside and not be noticed visually are not good for me to eat, the first couple of times you bite in to a pasta shell on a spoon to taste if the pasta is cooked enough and literally burn the smurfing skin off your lip and chin with boiling hot water is more than enough for you to go "Ok enough is enough" I eat tons of fusilli and penne though.
Fettuccine (or however you spell it) is great stuff. Especially spinich fettuccine.
And nothing beats a good marinara sauce. Unless it's a good carbonara or alfredo or bolognaise. Actually, a bit of olive oil and grated parmasan cheese to go with a plain pasta suits me too.
edit: and omg, gnocchi is on a whole other level of awesome.
