Rantz you are my hero
Of course there are exceptions, DD. But as a whole, I find the entire SUBgenre (do you want me to call Indie a Genre, DO YOU MOTHERSMURFERS REALLY!?) downright unlistenable.
And some metal fans are really, really, annoying.
Of course there are exceptionsImagine a sentence with no contradictionsI find the entire Sub-genre downright unlistenable.
It's easy if you try.
Oh, you know what I mean, DD. :P
This song is older then you Dak... I am impressed, its also one of my favourite R.E.M songs along with this:
REM - Everybody hurts (with lyrics) - YouTube
Oh and DD, you have no soul.
Man: I lost my job
Man 2: If only there was no need to have jobs, or possessions.
Man: *grabs gun and kills Man 2*... yea, the world back when hippy's were all about and everyone was preaching love etc. one guy loses his job and decided to become a murderer
Daysleeper is, always has been, and always will be my favorite REM song.
I love Modest Mouse more than I love some people, so my favorite song in the smurfing world is Dashboard. If I had to make a favorite list for them, it would go something like:
1. Dashboard
2. Ocean Breathes Salty
3. Tiny Cities Made of Ashes
4. Invisible
5. Night on the Sun
Other favorite songs that aren't Modest Mouse are:
- Sound of Silence and Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon and Garfunkel
- Rocket Man, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, AND Someone Saved my Life Tonight by Elton John (Elton is my main squeeze.)
- If I Ever Leave This World Alive, Another Bag of Bricks, Death Valley Queen, and Black Friday Rule by Flogging Molly
- The Rocky Road to Dublin by The High Kings
- Inochi no Namae by Joe Hisaishi (from the Spirited Away original score, also known as the song that plays through the entire film)
- Astonomy Domine, Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2, Sheep, High Hopes, and Learning to Fly by Pink Floyd
- Losing My Religion by R.E.M.
- Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine
- Knife Going In by Tegan and Sara
- Weatherbeaten by The Republic Tigers
- Telescope by The Telepathic Butterflies
- Power Doesn't Run on Nothing by The Thermals
- Icky Thump by The White Stripes
There are more, this is just my favorite songs on my current playlist.
