I like these kind of games but I could never play it with a 12 hour limit. Some people have to go to bed, sleep for 6 hours, get ready for work, go to work for 8 hours and get back home afterwards. Admittedly most days I can get online at work, but when it's busy I'd have no luck. 24 hours ftw, with 12 hours on weekends! It ain't fast, but it allows for sleep. Alternatively, have people pick their hours... say two Europeans and two AmeriCanadians or something.

Not saying you should change for this game but maybe in a future game it would be helpful to plan for sleeping hours and for people who don't access internet at work. =]

I understand your concerns, and hopefully the next person who decides to host this game, or a similar game, will do something about that. But I have brought it upon myself to PM reminders if 6 hours have at least passed this game. Something I've only done once so far. Something along the lines of "Hi, it's your turn and you have 6 hrs from the time this PM has been sent to answer. Thanks for playing. " as a reminder to answer asap.

Anyway, I'm expecting Timekeeper to be on within the next 12 hours, I'll start Round 2 shortly.

I think 6 hours is too little time for a steal. Should be the usual 12 hours to give us time to discuss.

Also Mel you should have just guessed something! At least I was right that there was one old school gang up there, but I was sure it was Turks and not Fat Chocobos! We got lucky!
