There are no save files (yet).

But there is planned multiplayer, so we are clearly going to have to go on a drunken, painkiller-addicted, molly-hurling zombie trolling extravaganza

I'm in. I'm going to acquire this game at some point soon, inbetween writing and getting trolled alongside you in Civ
