I don't know this one. I know that Paras gives an EV in attack (which I would exploit for early EV training), so that means it has high attack. I'm sure Gloom gives one in Sp.Atk, so I doubt attack is its best feature. Nidorina does not ring any bells. Same with Seadra. So I'm gonna give up and use the final lifeline. T.T
