I'm back!

And I didn't win. I tried really hard and I actually had the lead for while in both races, but my suspension settings still need some more track time to get them dialed in. It was really hard on the tires I had. They were old tires, and just couldn't stand the abuse. I'm also pretty rusty (I hadn't been on this particular race track in 8 years), and I'm sure I didn't have my lines down perfect, so both the car and driver need polishing.

I did manage two second place finishes, so I'm trying to keep the ol' chin up. There's still a lot to do to make this car truly competitive. The car didn't implode, so there's that.

Thanks for all the warm wishes! I'm still alive! Just very, very tired.

The car class is called ITA. It looks like this. That video is actually of the course I plan to race at here in a few weeks, if everything works to plan. I haven't raced there in......10 years? eep!
