Avatar: The Last Airbender Fanart

I've been working on an Avatar: The Last Airbender fanfiction called the Kirin and I decided to focus on two characters that are introduced as infants but never meet in the series: Hope of the Earth Kingdom and Tom-Tom of the Fire Nation. I thought it'd be neat to see them meet as teenagers.

Yes, Tom-Tom is from the Fire Nation and the kid brother of Mai, so it'd make sense that he could be a firebender. I tried to copy his armor from Zuko's, since he's in the navy but also a noble.

Hope is dressed in a typical Earth Kingdom soldier uniform, since in the story she works as a guard for King Bumi. It's based on the soldiers in the episode where an Earth Kingdom general deliberately tries to provoke Aang into the avatar state using underhanded tactics.
