Setting a fax to receive black and white only?

From what I can tell by the manual, if it's not under Right arrow > Setup > Fax Setup > Advanced Fax Setup, it's probably not a setting you can choose.

It's something misguided old people tell me to use when I print something out for them so they can fax it to somebody so they can scan it into their computer and send it back to us in an email
