Yep, there's nothing shockingly wrong about Squall's behavior there. How was this so wrong to the original poster, but s/he didn't have problems with Squall using his gunblade to slice Seifer, Edea and Ultimecia? (SPOILER)After all, Rinoa is Ultimecia. :moose: (J/K)

That's not even a spoiler, and she's not - Square disproved it several times (though I unfortunatly don't know where), and (and this is coming from something who loves "reading too much into things") there's nothing other than a couple of shots in the ending to indicate that.
