JACKEL, I guess it's just different strokes for different folks with us. Honestly the PSP was garbage to me until maybe 2 years ago when they started releasing a lot of titles I liked. I don't know if they had a shift in department heads, but they've really had a solid 2 years with Peace Walker, Valkyria Chronicles, MotorStorm, Gran Turismo, Tactics Ogre, Gods Eater, etc.

So the handhelds are a huge waste of time for me. Similarly i can't play FPS on a handheld and i don't understand why anyone would on a handheld and not a PC or at least a console. So in many ways i don't see whats the big draw for the Vita.
I was never into the arcade scene; some of my favorite gaming memories were hour-long sessions of fighters for Couch Bragging Rights. So I'm a controller guy, admittedly not too immersed in the genre. That said, handhelds have traditionally had horrible D-Pads, so unless that's another portable stereotype that the Vita is shattering, I'm not expecting it to be too great.

But I'm completely bewildered by the FPS argument. Hasn't the only reason FPS not been feasible on handhelds because of inadequate controls? I think that's the entire point of the Vita's interface. I play shooters almost every day and I can't wait for the first serious CoD, Battlefield, or (gasp) Unreal Tournament that hits the Vita.
