The accent that he speaks with kinda reminds me of redneck people from the Deep Southern region of the United States. Is he a redneck?

So because he has a Southern accent that automatically makes him a redneck?

There is no evidence to this. I have never seen him with a Confederate flag on his airship, or attending Nascar rallies.
