Vivi is right - @ OP - eat more bloody food, healthy food, and exercise. What, you can't exercise? Nonsense! There's a playground outside. There's a tree on the street. There's the floor over there. Run, skip, prance, pushups, pullups, body weight squats, gardening, recreational arrangement of furniture around your house...the list is endless.
40 lbs is pretty high. Give yourself about a year to do it, and then sometime next summer (around may) when you've lost the 40 lbs, we can celebrate with ice cream!
