I prefer Ifrit more feral beast like than monster but he looks cool and very strong.
Exc is short for Executioner and is Japan's naming for the Marauder.
Ifrit's model looks really nice, the battle looks okay but nothing special. Same old desert scenery we've seen in every promotional video since day one but the atmosphere for Ifrit is nice, I especially like the embers floating through the air, and the lighting.

I'm not really that keen on the loot, to be honest. All I want out of FFXIV is a nice looking traditional longsword. There are no long, thin blades in FFXIV yet, at least none that I've noticed.
