I was only 8 years old and I was playing tag in the street... which led onto a quiet road which happened to be empty 99% of the time, I tag'd someone and was running away from them while laughing at their pathetic attempts to warn me about the car that was coming my way, I turn around just in time to see a big Volvo rolling its way towards me and I tried to stop, only to trip over and headbutt the car as it went by, hospital and stitches ensued.

I had alot of accidents as a kid lol.
