Arc Rise Fantasia is a pretty straight forward JRPG, pretty good if that's what you're looking for.
Muramasa: The Demon Blade is an amazing game as well.
Sin and Punishment is pretty good for the price now too

Then OF COURSE, there is Monster Hunter Tri, which probably has my most time spent on the Wii.

Personally I HATE the Wii Fire Emblem.
