Hooo, I'm a sad panda now.
Seriously though, it was a fitness thing, it's a new(ish) fad for gyms here, like zumba but more awesome and involving more upper body strength. The bruises you get from each session are not attractive in the slightest.
It's a seriously good work out, and you get a fun rush from it. It's never in front of an audience
And I haven't done it for six months. My arms are like wet noodles again now.

Looking to get back into it once I've settled into my new job. I had never been in better shape than when I was doing it.
I thought I'd get a kick out of telling my mum, but she was fine with it so that was a disapointment
