He's wearing a suit jacket so my guess is not entirely. Slightly padded shoulders is still the norm for suit jackets because no human beings shoulders are shaped the way they make suit jackets look.
You shoulders should be a map in a fire person shooter like Halo.
I imagine him to be wearing football pads under his graduation garb. Who knows, the school he goes to could be really physical.

Yeah, Rob Liefield art has been a constant source of entertainment with a couple of buddies and myself for awhile now. Nail on the head there! I do have naturally broad shoulders, but the suit jacked definitely made me into a Liefeld character
