Now Tara can correct me if I'm wrong but in the UK isn't shoe sizes merely shoe sizes and that's why a lady is very rarely anything bigger than a size 5?

I'm not entirely sure what that means, but after spending a few minutes trying to figure it out, I've concluded that whatever it is, you're probably wrong.
