    Chocobo Chocobo races and casinos!

    Here's a really cool new tibit of info regarding FFXIII-2

    What I'm really excited about is the Chocobo racing! I'm really glad they added that into the game. So far, it seems that FFXIII-2 is shaping out to be a great game, there seems to be much more player choice and freedom!!

    Final Fantasy games I have beaten: FF9, FF4, FF7, FF13, Dissidia 012, FF10, FF13-2
    Final Fantasy games I'm playing: FF5, FF13-2, Okami HD, Gravity Rush

    Looks good. Gold Saucer and the Chocobo races were great features in FFVII.

    One reason chocobo racing and casino games made FFVII and the other games so great is that they had tangible and useful rewards. I hope FFXIII-2 has the same, or else I feel these will just be a time sink. And I hope there is a variety of rewards and not just random weapon upgrade materials or useless 'poison resistance +30%' accessories.

    Well, if we can trust the examples (rarely likely), one of them has a cash prize of 20 gil, and a physical prize of a Potion. So... Yay.

    Of course, he only has 200 gil in that photo, so not exactly an endgame character.
