There's really no good advice we could give you concerning this game. Just play and enjoy it. You can do whatever the hell you want! It's sandbox, baby.

The bug conspiracy is pretty entertaining. I wouldn't be surprised if Bethesda had planned for a big deal to be made about it. I think the conclusions drawn are a little insane, however.
