What is your favorite awards show/event?

I am partial to the Emmys. I feel that the Oscars take themselves too seriously (the Emmys also do, but less so) and I always like the opening musical number of the Emmys that usually visits the sets of various current shows and has cameos from their stars. I also like that the Emmys have separate Drama and Comedy categories as I feel it takes different talents to write/act in each genre.
