Edi Gathegi, the guy you suggested as Sazh, played Laurent from Twilight, Jiro.
Ashley Greene is Alice Cullen, also from Twilight.
And I think Cid Highwind should be played with an actor who can do a redneck accent, Mercen-X, but I don't know who exactly, though...
