Knives are for slicing and dicing. Not stabbing your food. That's what forks are good for. Haven't you noticed how you never stab your food with a knife?

I think that's because most people have access to a knife and a fork when they're using the knife.

I honestly prefer to use chopsticks when they're available. I can eat food quickest and easiest with them. But I'm not a douche, so I only use them when it's appropriate (Asian restaurants and at home, mainly.)

However, I did carve a pair of chopsticks out of sticks when I was in the woods in order to eat the noodles I brought with me.

I can use chopsticks but I'm never able to get a satisfyingly big mouthful with them. I always revert to a fork before the end of any Oriental meal.

I like to keep people guessing.

Occasionally, I will eat a plate of chips using just a knife. That's right... I live life on the edge.
