Its so cliche but I wanna lose some weight. I don't want to be 50 lbs overweight anymore. I think cutting soda, drinking more water and eating salads more are going to be a big part of that. Now that I'm not making cheesecake every week it shouldn't be too hard...
Hopefully those salads have protein. Please don't do the typical diet where people just eat a bunch of salads and tit because it's "healthy".
Oh yeah of course! I mean...salads over things like fried foods, cookies, ect. As in going to a wendies and getting a chili and side salad as opposed to chili and fries.
