I wouldn't really say it's a flaw in the human design that things like this happen. Usually, when you're eating, you're worry-free, content, possibly happy-- you're vulnerable. Through the carelessness of bliss, we'll let our muscles have too much free range, and that's when we misguide our teeth down on our inner-cheek or tongue.
