In response to HC's votes not being counted, they haven't been counted since the beginning.
After he said he couldn't open the spoilers, I offered too send him the links without the tags. I did so, then he just said he cared about none of them and he was just voting Rydia over the PM. So that didn't get counted.
Then he voted in thread later without wrapping in spoilers, or even so much as numbering them. So it wasn't counted then either.
Then he votes for one or two brackets out of several rounds. DIdn't count it there either.
Then his last vote I opened, caught notice of the two NO's he had, and just passed without so much as looking at the votes.
Edit: Oh trout, looking over I missed a couple votes anyway. If you just saw the list of winners I posted, ignore it for now. I'm re-counting the votes.

I wonder how lucky Shads will feel when he realized both his girls lost the Tiebreaker before I bugged G13 to vote.

The tournament is about to reach its peak as we are down to only four babes. The two winners of this round will be facing off in the final.
In the first matchup, we have Kid - perhaps the most unexpected semi-finalists - whose most impressive victory so far without a doubt was in last round against the constantly high-ranking, old favourite Leanne. Her opponent this time around, however, is none other than Shads' trumph-card; the gracious and seductive Rider. While these two characters are very different from one another in both personality and design, they do have one important thing in common: both of their original games are freaking masterpieces.
In the second matchup, our combatants are much more alike - both are sword-swinging, beautiful babes with red hair. It's a battle between enchanted blades and personas. A battle of lightning and ice. Will Mio Kifune make it all the way to the top, or will Mitsuru Kirijo prove to be the stronger red haired badass? Only time will tell.

So I've ended up having to betray Mitsuru due to Shads ability to convince people to like other women more.
I stopped voting after I realized what kind of results were going to come out of this. Morrigan lost, and I was already creeped out by some of the women, no, children that are being voted upon based on how strongly the voters feel, entirely sexually, towards them. I didn't even want to check to see how many votes Sabrina from Pokemon received.
The only character up for nomination right now that looks like an adult human is Mitsuru. I can't believe how boring the remaining girls are. So I suppose I will vote, unless I'm not allowed because I wasn't voting every round.
I don't like these choices
1. Rider, just because her name isn't "Kid".
2. Mitsuru, because she looks like the only damn person out of all four of them whose character design is modest, appealing, and portrays the character as someone who is sexy and not a female anime character with boobs.
I'm disappointed.

Reminds me of when I played poker two days ago. I hadn't played poker in ages, and hardly knew what the heck was going on. But I tried to bluff that I had something really good, when I in fact had crap. And everyone except one person fell for it.
When the third out of five cards were on the table, I still had nothing. But since I had been betting so much anyway, I tried to bluff again by going "all in". My opponent just answered, and reveald two kings. During the fourth card, I still had nothing. But the fifth card gave me 5 cards of the same colour, which beat what my opponents had. And I was all like: "yeah... just as planned".
