Well since we're now being technical...

My first Enix Game was E.V.O. Search for Eden

My first Squaresoft game was Secret of Mana

My first Square-Enix game is a toss up between Final Fantasy Origins (which first used the Square-Enix moniker but was made before the merger) or Star Ocean III: Til the End of Time which was developed around the time the merger was finished.
