Either Dragon Quest I or Final Fantasy IV. I honestly have no recollection of which one I played first.

The first one I remember playing particularly well is Final Fantasy VI though. The others I must have played when I was like 8.

Of course, if we're talking post-merger than FFX would be my first "Square Enix" game, but whatever
