It's a tie between Erin and Beatrix (I know there's a part where you get to play as her, but if HC gets to put Blank on his list, then I get to put Beatrix!)

I still like to chat with NPCs. I actually appreciate when they're given a few different things to say, makes it that little bit more believable. IX certainly did a good job with its NPCs. A good portion of them have unique names iirc.
