I watched Day[9] try to play Dark Souls for a few hours and got frustrated and had to stop watching him. I had this same experience a few months ago watching my boyfriend play too.
If I can't even handle watching OTHER gamers play this game then I have very little chance of being able to handle the game myself without throwing the controller at the TV and screaming obscenities in languages I didn't even know I knew.
Does anyone have stuff that annoy you in PvP?
For me, I get annoyed when people heal with estus flasks. man is that annoying.

Meh, people flasking is only kind of annoying to me now.
Personally, what I find to be the most annoying is people with DWGR who spend about 5 minutes a match running away from people.

The only really big problem I have with online play is spawn-ganking. That's beyond ridiculous. All else is alright to some degree, though I also hope they nerf backstabs in Dark Souls 2 so there will be less people who spend the entire fights fishing.
Should just make it so slapping a shield on your back makes you backstab immune, or at least reduces the damage significantly.

You know, during my first few runs in single player, I've never suffered a raging fit. I fancied myself as a calm and collected gamer most of the time, but dear god.
When i became bored of the game's PvE and i rushed head first into PvP... Let's just say i never knew my vocal cords were made of iron
I've never ventured into this games PvP and I'm afraid to try.
DO IT, OH MY GOD DO IT.
It's well worth the time and effort necessary, and the PvP itself is almost an entirely different game.
Just mess around with it, try some basic quality builds or a buff build. You're going to die.... a lot, and it won't be easy... but you are playing dark souls aren't you?
But yes Jenkins, there is definitely some royal BS that can happen in PvP.
