Everyone has hit most of the good ones, so I'll list some of mine that aren't as good, but still solid.

The Mexico Trilogy El Mariachi, Desperado, Once Upon A Time In Mexico

    The first two Predators.

I like a lot of the View AskewniverseClerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy (not so great), Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (eh.), Clerks II (it had it's good parts.) stuff.

I did like the animated series they made out of Clerks, but it's not a movie so.

I wish I could say the Matrix, but I just can't.

    Ghostbusters

    Gremlins

Terminator (The new ones are now a guilty pleasure.)

    There's probably more.

The Bourne Trilogy (that new travesty they're about to bring out does not count), The Matrix and Toy Story.

Oh yeah I forgot about The Bourne Trilogy. Those were good as well even though the camera was a erratic during the fight scenes.

I know a lot of people won't agree with me, or understand my appreciation for them, but the Final Destination movies are undoubtedly my favorite movie series, even when there are movies I like better than them, they seem to be the only one where I could say I appreciate the entire series and don't hate any of them so far. The fourth instalment, entitled The Final Destination is my all time favorite of the franchise, despite the fact it's the least popular of them all.

I actually find the storyline to be very thought provoking as it highlights something I actually think about in my day to day life. I don't see them as purely stuff films, where the only point to watching them is to watch people dying horribly, granted it is interesting the first time you watch each movie to see how everyone is going to die, but the storyline about how everything in our life is already decided and is actually foreshadowed somehow is intriguing to me.

Sharky knows. So does Shiny. And so does anyone who said Alien, Back to the Future, LotR etc. But I love The Nightmare on Elm Street and you can't stop me.

    Signature by rubah. I think.

The Godfather. Part III, as Massive Genius said, was "misunderstood."

Original Star Wars trilogy for sure. I don't even have that big of a beef with the prequels, even though they have been so much more.

I think it was understood perfectly. I understand that it's one of the worst fims ever made. Part Two is the only one that I'd watch again just for De Niro.

The first Godfather sends me to sleep every time I try to watch it.

    Twilight...

    Lulz, just trollin.

Lord of the Rings, though. I've seen FotR over 100 times. Favourite movies of all time, actually.

Going by these responses it is clear that Lord of the Rings is the greatest trilogy of all time.

    Well done everyone.
