Which FF iPhone game to get? Opinions needed!

So I have the choice between I, II, III and Tactics, but I've never even played the originals (though I'm not sure I like the idea of FF Tactics anyway - not bashing the game, just never appealed to me). Any suggestions on which has the best story, battle system and gameplay?

It's about time I got some old style FF action back in my life!

If Final Fantasy Tactics doesn't sound like your kind of game, then I would probably suggest II or III as they're a little bit more in depth than the original and have better storylines and characters.

IMO FFT is the greatest game ever made, but if you don't like it you don't like it.
